If you encounter technical difficulties that prevent you from participating in a scheduled session, please inform us immediately. In the event that the issue is on our end (e.g., failure to deliver a session), we will offer to reschedule or provide a refund for the session in question.
To request a refund for a coaching or mentoring session, please contact us within 7 days of the session via email at contact@unithrive.net. Be sure to include the following details in your request:
Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refunds are not typically offered for digital resources or completed mentoring services. However, if there is a significant issue with the service provided (e.g., technical failure or miscommunication), we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include rescheduling or offering an alternative service.
